+ Bookings and Payments BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS Bookings are to be made through our website. All bookings have to be paid in full at the time of booking. The studio rental fee and signed contract are to be paid in full at the time of booking. The following forms of payment are accepted: Email Money Transfer & Credit Card Please contact us by email or DM(Instagram) if paying by e-transfer and we will give you instructions on payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your booking and payment have been approved. If you would like to book our space for an event, workshop, etc., and need access to the stove please email us your request.
+ Cancellation & Rescheduling CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Studio credit will be offered for any cancelled bookings (no refunds). In the case of needing to postpone your booking, a credit will be offered and a new date must be provided within 7 days. We require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Stanza has the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for any reason.
+Terms & Conditions TERMS & CONDITIONS The renter agrees to take full responsibility and is liable for themselves, and their guests while on the premises. Stanza is not responsible for any injuries, or property damage caused by the use of their rental items to renter or third party. The renter agrees to return all items used including furniture in the condition it was provided and if any damages occur, our staff is notified immediately. The renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of rental items. The renter agrees to not attach or hang anything from the ceiling, walls, fixtures or furniture. No smoking of any substance is permitted on the Stanza property. Stanza is not responsible for any acts out of our control should the session not be able to take place due to power outages, construction, weather emergencies or Act of God.
+ Hours of Operation HOURS OF OPERATION Our standard operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Bookings outside of these hours can be arranged upon request.
+ Studio Guidelines STUDIO GUIDELINES For the convenience of all our clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from arriving earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This helps us manage the flow of clients and ensures a seamless experience for everyone. Your booking will begin and end at the exact times that have been booked. We kindly ask that set-up and clean-up time is taking place during the booked hours. The individual who has booked the space is required to be present at all times. We kindly ask that you do not drag furniture and to have two people lifting heavy furniture. If you wish to bring a small animal into the studio space, we kindly ask that you contact us by email or DM(Instagram). Please dispose of any trash and tidy up studio space before leaving. We kindly ask that you leave the studio in its original condition. Please note failure to respect our studio rules, staff and property can result in termination of your booking immediately without refund. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio unless a liquor license is obtained for alcohol. A $500 – $10,000 fine will be charged for each incident. No Smoking or vaping in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident. Please ensure you leave the studio in its original condition. You will be asked to reimburse any damage costs, including but not limited to, the studio floor, furniture, and equipment. Damage costs could range from $150-$10,000. If the studio room is left untidy then you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100. The studio must be used for legal purposes ONLY. Any activities that violate laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or promote discrimination, harassment, or violence are strictly prohibited.
+ Parking PARKING Entry will be at the back of the building & you are able to park your vehicle at the back. How to enter from the back: Coming from Yonge St. S - Pass the main lights at Queen St. & Yonge St. and continue going straight. Your first left will be an alley way behind the building. Turn left and continue driving until you see 26 Queen St. You can park your vehicle at the back and the back door is grey for your reference. Coming from Queen St. West - make a left on Maria St. & make a right behind the building. Drive up until you reach 26 Queen St. West. You can park your vehicle at the back and the back door is grey for your reference. Coming from Queen St. East - make a right at the main lights. Your first left will be an alley way behind the building. Turn left and continue driving until you see 26 Queen St. You can park your vehicle at the back and the back door is grey for your reference.
